Paddling Volunteers Needed to Support Rockford Ironman, June 22
KAYAK/SUP VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Racing events from 5k’s to ultra races, running or paddling, only happen with the help of volunteers. The first ever officially sanctioned Ironman in Illinois is happening on June 22nd in Rockford and we need paddling volunteers!
We’re looking for confident paddlers to help guide athletes and support swim safety on the Rock River.
- You’ll float along the swim course
- Help guide athletes
- Signal power boats and lifeguards for help if needed
- Be a key part of race day magic!
- Must bring your own kayak/SUP
